McQuade Library Updates

You’ve searched McQuade Library’s online catalog and you’ve found a book you’re interested in reading. Instead of printing out the record, or writing down on scrap paper all the information you need, you can now text this information to your cell phone or BlackBerry!

Here’s how to do it:

• Click on the “Send via Text Message” button at the bottom of the record
• Enter your cell phone number (10 digit number with no dashes)
• Select your provider
• Click on the “Send” button
  

The message will contain all the information you need to retrieve the book: location, call number, and title. Carrier charges may apply. Ask a librarian if you have questions about this new service.
